Ultimate Plus
For Homes Possessed Prior to March 1, 2007
The Ultimate Plus home warranty package is the best coverage available to consumers.
A home warranty means peace of mind. With up to $50,000 in coverage, you can rest easy knowing that you are protected.
As a part of the Warranty Package, the following warranty items are covered with the Ultimate package:
- Optional Deposit Protection, up to a maximum of $10,000
- A guarantee that the Builder will repair any defects in workmanship or materials during the first year of the warranty.
- Protection against Major Structural Defects to a maximum of $50,000 during years two to ten of the home's warranty.
- A conciliation service to handle any disagreements between you and your Builder during the first year.
- An additional 12 months of protection against exterior water penetration through your foundation walls.
- An additional 12 months of protection against defects in workmanship or material in the delivery and distribution of your electrical, plumbing and heating systems.
- Completion Coverage (up to $3000)
- Off-site living allowance for MSD repairs (max $1500)

Only with the Ultimate Plus package will you receive:
Completion Coverage
- This coverage is for those items that are not completed when you move into your new home. You and your Builder must agree on what remains to be completed in your contract and sign a Completion Inspection Certificate.
- A claim for Completion Coverage must be submitted to the Program within 12 months after the Date of Possession.
- If the Builder fails in this obligation, the Program offers up to $3,000 in warranty protection.
