Application Process

To become a Member of Atlantic Home Warranty, each new applicant must contact the AHW office for an application kit and provide the following information:

  1. Completed Application Form for Registration
  2. Completed Agreement with Builder
  3. Financial Statements/Personal New Worth Statement
  4. Personal/Spousal Guarantee (if applicable)
  5. Non-Spousal Declaration Form (if applicable)
  6. Fees
  7. Written references from Homeowners and suppliers or other information and documents which may be required to assist the applicant to qualify for registration
  8. A letter of good standing with the Workers Compensation (if applicable)
  9. Proof or evidence of liability insurance for a minimum $1,000,000
