Application Process
To become a Member of Atlantic Home Warranty, each new applicant must contact the AHW office for an application kit and provide the following information:
- Completed Application Form for Registration
- Completed Agreement with Builder
- Financial Statements/Personal New Worth Statement
- Personal/Spousal Guarantee (if applicable)
- Non-Spousal Declaration Form (if applicable)
- Fees
- Written references from Homeowners and suppliers or other information and documents which may be required to assist the applicant to qualify for registration
- A letter of good standing with the Workers Compensation (if applicable)
- Proof or evidence of liability insurance for a minimum $1,000,000
